Before choosing another app or organizer, put the information you already have in one place. A simple inventory makes it easier to describe your routine and collect questions for a pharmacist or clinician.
One accurate inventory is more useful than several incomplete logs. Keep it easy to update and keep the original labels.
Start with what is on the label
Set the containers together and make one row for each product. Copy the label rather than relying on memory. Include occasional products. This is an organization exercise, not a recommendation to start, stop, or combine supplements.
- Product name and exact version
- Serving size and ingredients as written
- The amount you actually record taking
- Your usual schedule and any label instructions
- A photo of the current label and the date recorded
Keep the original beside the summary
An app entry is a convenient summary. Keep a legible label photo with the product name and date so you can check it later. When a product changes, create a new entry instead of silently replacing the old label.
Give yourself a weekly reset
Choose a recurring moment to check that the inventory matches the bottles you currently use. Remove discontinued products from the active view, keeping a dated history if useful. Pick the simplest tool you will reliably update: paper, a spreadsheet, or an app.
Turn uncertainty into a question
If an ingredient appears in several products, record the labels and units without deciding whether the combined amount is appropriate. A pharmacist or qualified clinician can interpret the full picture. A tracker cannot establish that a combination is safe.
Your reusable inventory
Copy this header into a notebook or spreadsheet: Product | Label date | Serving size | Ingredients and units | Recorded use | Questions to verify. Use fictional entries when learning a new tool, and keep personal records out of shared screenshots.
A useful next step
One accurate inventory is more useful than several incomplete logs. Keep it easy to update and keep the original labels.
